About the Product and Brand

TurboChef pioneered the world of rapid cooking. TurboChef has redefined cooking efficiency with ovens that are versatile, user friendly, and save energy. TurboChef ovens cook faster and produce consistent results without compromising quality.

With reduced CO2 emissions through the patented ventless technology, they help to reduce their own carbon footprint. An unique catalytic converter system eliminates the need in most cases for expensive extraction hoods, so that is extra savings and flexibility for your business.

Rapid cook, up to 12 times faster than conventional methods without compromising on quality. This is done via the use of precisely co−ordinated impinged air and radiant heat browning the outside of the food item, while evenly distributes microwave energy to cook the inside.

Turbochef ovens increase the cooking speed, allowing more items to be cooked to order therefore reducing the need to hot hold food items.
