About the Product and Brand

Friginox i−Chilling blast chillers/freezers are the only ones in the world to use a cooling air temperature automatically adapted to the product to be cooled. While all other blast chillers/freezers on the market operate at a single 'factory set' temperature, whatever the product, the new Friginox blast chillers/freezers automatically select the temperature most appropriate for the product characteristics out of more than 40 different temperatures.

The self−adapting intelligent i−Chilling by Friginox automatically analyses the product behaviour, determined by its quantity, weight, thickness, consistency etc., and calculates the chilling air temperature most suitable for that product.

Measurement of the core temperature with the Frigiprobe, multi−point pricking probe with 4 sensors & shielded cable. Friginox ensures the traceability of your products & the frigiprobe display the core temperature during the cycle & at the end of cycle for an improved temperature monitoring.
