Young Culinary Achiever Scholarship

Leading Sydney restaurant group the Aqua Dining Group of Restaurants has put its support behind young chefs with the launch of a new annual industry scholarship.The Young Culinary Achiever Scholarship is for third year apprentices who are undertaking trade training in commercial cookery or patisserie across Australia.The Aqua Dining Group's managing director Bill Drakopoulos said he wanted to invest back into the hospitality industry through the provision of the scholarship to recognise culinary talent and particularly a young apprentice’s passion and commitment to hospitality as a career.The scholarship is being administer by HTN and provides international work experience, airfares and accommodation.Read the full article
