The winner has been announced and another season of Masterchef is done & dusted. While watching the show,  I was interested to see what commercial kitchen equipment they used. When the cameras panned across the contestants in a frantic cooking challenge, I noticed the distinctive Red C of the Convotherm Combi Oven.
