Some of the city's most exciting chefs and restaurateurs will take part in this year’s Taste of Sydney festival, taking place in Centennial Park from 9 to 12 March, 2017. Representing Paddington, chef Josh Niland will join Taste for the first time with his popular Australian seafood restaurant Saint Peter, along with chef Regan Porteous of Tequila Mockingbird, which opened in mid-2016.
