The new Cobra modular cooking line

In November 2019 Moffat Australia released the new series of Cobra modular cooking line to their Food Service portfolio. This upgraded Cobra series is an entirely new gallery of Western and Asian cooking products which are well positioned to meet demand for small to medium sized businesses in the Australian foodservice sector. As with the popular Waldorf and Blue Seal ranges, all Cobra models are manufactured at Moffat's Rolleston manufacturing facility in New Zealand. The expanded Cobra Modular range now includes: • Western cooking appliances: • Kitchen Cooktops / Griddles – open cabinet base, plus new bench model versions • Commercial Oven Ranges • Barbecues – open cabinet base, plus new bench model versions • Salamander • Griddle Toaster • Pasta Cooker • Modular Infill Benches – 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 900mm widths   The Western range is complemented with a refreshed line of Asian/ Chinese inspired cooking equipment manufactured in New Zealand, sutable for any fusion menu application. • Stock pot • Commercial Woks – one, two and three hole version • Noodle Cooker   Proven power and performance are delivered in a known format – refined in styling, features and finish. Cobra commercial cooking equipment range also includes new Modular Infill Benches to further complete the modular cooking line perfectly. Above all, the new expanded Cobra series offers users flame failure as standard/ open burner pilot options and outstanding aesthetics that convey simple sophistication for upfront or back of house application.
