Silver Chef helps raise $100,000 for flood affected QLD
Queensland's flood hit hospitality industry has received more than $100,000 in financial assistance to replace damaged equipment as part of an initiative from equipment finance company, Silver Chef Limited.The assistance package included an eight week grace period on all new equipment contracts for flood affected customers or a one month free loan of refurbished hospitality equipment.Silver chief executive officer, Charles Gregory, said that as a key player in the equipment industry it was important for the Queensland-based company to support small businesses,""These floods disrupted and devastated lives and livelihoods," Gregory said.
