Today's consumer has endless access to online reviews, ratings, and comments on businesses when they are deciding where to spend their time and money. Research shows that 91 percent of people regularly or occasionally read online reviews, and 84 percent trust online reviews as much as a personal recommendation. The statement I hear very often from every industry outside of restaurants, cafes, and bars is that it's easy for restaurants to get reviews. They're right.
