Restaurant & Catering 2011 Top Apprentice Awards

Two apprentice chefs will be soon packing their bags and heading off to work with Michelin star chef Thierry Marx in Paris after being named winner of this years Restaurant & Catering 2011 Thierry Marx Career Development Award.Third year apprentices Madlen Toumbourou, from PM24, and Tony Kulafi from Epicure Catering came out on top of a field of eight finalists in the fifth year of the competition.The pair will travel to Paris to work with Marx for month of August at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel.Read original article
