The biggest event on the global culinary stage has been taking place in Melbourne over the last week. Melbourne has pulled out the big guns when it comes to World Rated, Chefs. They're in the middle of 2017 Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 31 Mar ~ 9 Apr Over the weekend you could have taken a Masterclass - 8 chefs whose restaurants have featured on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list. They also Estrella Damm Gastronomy Congress. On Monday the world's best chefs at #50BestTalks LIVE If that's not enough Tonight, 5th April they will hold The World's 50 Best Restaurants 2017. To be honest, it's not often I'm Jealous of Melbourne. But this would be a close 2nd to watching the Swans in the AFL Grand Final at MCG. So I thought we should take a look at some of the Gastronomy highlights.
