Deliveroo launching ‘virtual brands' across Australia
Food delivery company Deliveroo is set to have 200 "virtual brands" across Australia, with "virtual restaurants" it says will allows existing restaurants to increase revenue and customers by offering new or complementary cuisines from their current kitchen. According to Deliveroo, restaurants which launched virtual brands in other markets had seen more than a 70% increase in revenue.
