When former Wallabies captain George Gregan and wife Erica opened their first cafe in 1998, little did they know it would be the first of many cafes.The pair now have 17 cafes around Sydney, including stand-alone cafes and staff-only facilities in Macquarie Bank, Fairfax, Perpetual, Mirvac and Mallesons Stephen Jacques.The Gregans are about to start working on a GG Espresso cafe in St Leonards and there are plans to open one in Chatswood -- both on Sydney's north shore -- as well, bringing the number of cafes to 19.Sydney Commercial Kitchens is proud to supply GG Espresso cafe with some of their catering equipment needs.Read the full story
