Best practise using your Vacuum Sealer in Your Commercial Kitchen

Vegetables

It's highly recommended to first blanch your vegetables before Vacuum sealing.

Hot meals

You should let hot food cool before vacuum sealing to prevent bacteria from producing in the bag. This will also give you a better quality seal.

Soft delicate food

Strawberries raspberries & other soft should be Pre-freezing before sealing to stop food getting crushed by the vacuum. Pat & squeeze your food down to be as dry as possible.

Sous Vide

If you plan to use then Sous Vide "under vacuum" (in French) then you need to use a vacuum Sealer.
