Fine Food focus on innovative new products

Some of the most innovative new products on the market for the hospitality industry have been recognised at Fine Food Australia.The winners of the annual Fine Food Best New Product awards were announced yesterday at the industry show now on at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. After kicking off on Monday, Fine Foods closed its doors for another year at 5pm Thursday.The awards are given in four categories - Best New Hospitality Equipment, Best New Foodservice Product, Best New Australian Retail Product and Best New Bakery Product.In the Best New Hospitality Equipment category there were two winners - Winterhalter Australia for its just released RoMatik XS reverse osmosis water treatment unit and Stoddart for the Adande VCR2 refrigerated drawers.For my money, the best new products were the Hot & Cold Servery's from Stoddarts, The amazing Wine Storage Tower from Williams and the range of San Remo Espresso machines from Premier Products.
