About the Product and Brand

The Alto-Shaam 1200UP commercial holding cabinet contains two individually controlled holding compartments that are encased with the original Halo Heat® technology and enclosed in heavy-duty stainless steel exterior and doors. The 1200UP comes standard with digital controls, which sense rapid changes in oven temperature and immediately begins compensating for heat loss.
